Tomáš Konečný is a founder of Enthropica with more than 18 years of experience in several central banks, international organizations, and research institutions. Tomas has extensive experience in financial system stability and resilience, macro-financial linkages, stress testing, as well as household and corporate finance. He advised on systemic risk surveillance, data and stress-testing frameworks (banks solvency, liquidity, and interconnectedness stress tests), and helped set up teams and institutional mechanisms for a coordinated policy response to system-wide events. He organized and conducted technical assistance missions and workshops and participated in panel discussions on capacity development. Tomas currently works as a consultant for the International Monetary Fund and served as the Fund's Resident Advisor to the Central Bank of Sri Lanka (CBSL) during the unprecedented economic and sovereign crisis in the country. His prior work experience includes the Czech National Bank and European Systemic Risk Board in Frankfurt am Main. Tomas holds a Ph.D. from CERGE-EI and an M.A. in International Trade and European Integration awarded by the Erasmus Mundus Program. He was a visiting scholar at the University of California, San Diego (UCSD).

František Kopřiva is a co-founder at Enthropica and an experienced expert in building data and analytical processes, which he has developed in various roles throughout his career. Since 2019, he has focused primarily on the energy sector. As the head of the analytics department at Maxicommodities, a.s., he was responsible for implementing key data processing workflows and leading the analytics team. Before that, he spent nine years as an economist at the Czech National Bank (CNB), working in monetary policy and financial stability departments. He led the forecasting team responsible for developing and conducting quarterly forecasting exercises using the CNB's prediction model. Additionally, he worked on macroeconomic forecasts, developed DSGE models, and introduced innovative data processes within the central bank.
František earned his PhD in Economics from CERGE-EI, where he defended a dissertation focused on agent behavior in financial markets. During his studies, he completed prestigious research stays at Columbia University in New York and the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia. He holds a master’s degree from the Faculty of Mathematics and Physics at Charles University, specializing in probability, mathematical statistics, and econometrics.
His achievements include winning the Young Economist of the Year 2009 award from the Czech Economic Society and the 2009 Elsevier/IAREP/SABE Best Student Paper Competition. In his free time, he enjoys organizing and participating in cryptographic games, where he combines creativity with modern technologies.

Miroslav Havránek is a co-founder of Enthropica. Miroslav has over 25 years of experience in science, research, and management in the field of environment and sustainability. Miroslav's expertise lies in integrated assessment of environmental trends and strategic outlooks and their implications for human society and the economy. He also has broad expertise in climate change and circular economy, focusing for over two decades on emissions and sources of greenhouse gases and waste management, and has applied this expertise in development assistance for UNDP in other European countries and the Western Balkans. Throughout his career, he has authored or co-authored numerous methodologies, studies, and strategic materials that fall in the areas of his expertise. Miroslav was the director of the Czech Environmental Information Agency (CENIA) for over five years and serves as vice-chair of the intergovernmental panel for UNEP/OSN in preparing the Global Environment Outlook GEO7. He served as a member of the management board advisory council (MBAC) of the European Environment Agency (EPA network) and advisory board of the management board of the European Environment Agency (EEA). Miroslav graduated in natural sciences from Charles University in Prague and works as a lecturer and researcher at Charles University and the Czech University of Life Sciences.
